Određivanje relevantnih parametara pri doradi semena crvene deteline (Trifolium pratense L.)

AB  - The paper presents the results of the seed processing of the natural red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) seed with different initial purity in the seed processing center in the Institute for forage crops in Kruševac. Seeds of red clover for sowing must be clean, with high germination and high genetic value. Most of these requirements can be achieved through the seed processing, by the removal of impurities and seeds of poorer quality. In this process, there are number of technical-technological operations such as: cleaning, declarations, packaging in appropriate wrapping material and storage. The task of cleansing seeds is to remove all other seeds, weeds, impurities and extracts pure seed of the basic culture. In this way, the seed is prepared in a timely manner for good germination, sprouting, and cropping. During the processing of the red clover seeds, the relevant parameters on the equipment were determined: pure seed (%), weeds and seed of other cultures (%), inert matter (%), amount of processed seed (kg), seed losses (%) and processing output of the seed processing (%). The losses of red clover seeds in seed processing are in direct dependence on the type and quantity of weeds and other impurities present in the natural seed. On the basis of the obtained results, it is possible to optimally adjust and select the appropriate equipment for the red clover processing, depending on the quantity and type of weeds and other ingredients in the natural red clover seeds.
AB  - Rad prikazuje rezultate ispitivanja pri doradi naturalnog semena crvene deteline (Trifolium pratense L.) različitih početnih čistoća u doradnom centru Instituta za krmno bilje u Kruševcu. Seme crvene deteline za setvu mora biti čisto, visoke klijavosti i genetske vrednosti. Najveći deo ovih zahteva je moguće ostvariti kroz doradu, odnosno odstranjivanjem nečistoća i semena lošijeg kvaliteta. Pri procesu dorade semena crvene deteline postoji veći broj tehničko-tehnoloških operacija kao što su: čišćenje, deklarisanje, pakovanje u odgovarajuću ambalažu i skladištenje. Zadatak čišćenja semena je da se iz naturalnog semena sa primesama odstrane sva semena drugih kultura, korovi, primese i izdvoji samo čisto seme osnovne kulture. Ovakvim načinom seme se blagovremeno priprema u povoljno stanje za kvalitetnu setvu, klijanje i nicanje. Relevantni parametri na mašinama za doradu određivani su pri procesu dorade semena crvene deteline. Određivani su sledeći parametri: čisto seme crvene deteline (%), seme korova i seme drugih kultura (%), inertne materije (%), količina dorađenog semena (kg), gubici semena (%) i randman dorade (%). Kod dorade semena crvene deteline gubici su u direktnoj zavisnosti od vrste i količine korova i ostalih nečistoća prisutnih u naturalnom semenu deteline, odnosno početne čistoće. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata ispitivanja moguće je izvršiti kvalitetno podešavanje i izbor odgovarajućih mašina za doradu semena crvene deteline, u zavisnosti od količine i vrste korova i primesa u naturalnom semenu crvene deteline.

AB  - Vetch (Vicia sativa L.) is annual plant from the legume family (Fabaceae) and originates from the temperate zone of Europe and Asia. It has a special place in the provision of ani­mal feed (fodder) in the zone of moderate climate. It belongs to high-quality protein fodder plants. There has not been a systematic research of vetch mycoflora in Serbia. This research aims to present the results of preliminary research of mycopopulation of 15 different genotypes of vetch. Total of 600 plant parts has been examined and 9 genera of fungi were isola­ted: Fusarium, Phythophthora, Rhizoctonia, Phoma, Verticillium, Alternaria, Sclerotinia, Botrytis and Ascochyta. On the plants from which the fungi were isolated, there were ma­croscopically clearly visible symptoms of infection.
AB  - Grahorica (Vicia sativa L.) je jednogodišnja biljka iz porodice mahunarki (Fabaceae). Potiče iz umerenog klimatskog pojasa Evrope i Azije. Ima posebno mesto u obezbeđenju kabaste stočne hrane (krme) u zoni umerenog klimata. Pripada visokokvalitetnim proteinskim krmnim biljkama. Sistematskih istraživanja mikoflore grahorice u Srbiji do sada nije bilo. U ovome radu iznosimo rezultate preliminarnih istraživanja mikopopulacije 15 različitih genotipova grahorice. Ukupno je pregledano 600 biljnih delova sa kojih je izolovano 9 rodova gljiva: Fusarium, Phythophthora, Rhizoctonia, Phoma, Verticillium, Alternaria, Sclerotinia, Botrytis i Ascochyta. Na biljkama iz kojih su izolovane gljive bili su jasno vidljivi makroskopski simptomi zaraze.

Processing biodegradable waste by applying aerobic digester EWA

AB  - The paper presents research results obtained in the process of processing biodegradable wastes, resulting from agricultural production as well as municipal waste. Aerobic fermenter EWA (stationed within the Institute for Forage Crops Globoder- Kruševac) was using for this purpose, during the one month testing. Biodegradable material with different ratios of components was used for filling aerobic digester. EWA fermenter is certified device that is used to stabilize and hygienic disposal of biodegradable waste, including sewage sludge and animal products produced in accordance with European Union regulations. Fermenter is intended to be used for combustion in boilers for solid fuels with humidity of biomaterials below 30%.
AB  - Rad prikazuje rezultate istraživanja koji su dobijeni pri procesu prerade biološki razgradivog otpada dobijenog iz poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kao i komunalnog otpada primenom aerobnog fermentatora EWA (češke proizvodnje stacioniranog u krugu Instituta za krmno bilje u Globoderu-Kruševcu). U toku jednomesečnog ispitivanja vršeno je punjenje aerobnog fermentatora biološki razgradivim materijalom s različitim odnosom komponenata. EWA fermentator je sertifikovan uređaj koji se koristi za stabilizaciju i higijenizaciju biorazgradivog otpada, uključujući kanalizacioni mulj i proizvode životinjskog porekla proizveden u skladu sa propisima Evropske Unije. Fermentator može da se koristi i za dobijanje biogoriva namenjenog za sagorevanje u kotlovima za čvrsta goriva pri čemu je vlažnost biomaterijala koji se koristi ispod 30%.

Effect of Addition of NPN Substances and Inoculants on Fermentation Process and Nutritive Value of Corn Silage

AB  - Abstract: Biomass of maize (hybrid ZP 735) in the stage of waxy grain/kernel maturity was ensiled without additives, with the addition of inoculants and with the addition of Benural in an amount of 1% of the silo mass. Biomass of the whole maize plant can be successfully ensiled without additives. Adding Benural, in the amount of 1% of the biomass of the whole maize plant, provided increase in crude proteins of nearly 50%. Adding inoculants and Benural provided for increase in the production of lactic and acetic acid by 44-47% and 49- 74%, respectively, and thus a higher aerobic stability of silage, with a favourable balance of these acids (2-3:1). Application of inoculants reduced the level of ADF and increased the nutritional value expressed in net energy (NEL and NEM units), and provided higher RFV and greater consuming ability. The general conclusion is that non-protein nitrogen substances (NPN) should be added to the maize biomass during the ensiling in order to increase the content of CP, as well as the inoculants based on homo-and heterofermentative bacteria in order to increase the production of lactic and acetic acids and ensure the aerobic stability of silage and its higher nutritional value.

abstract = "Abstract: Biomass of maize (hybrid ZP 735) in the stage of waxy grain/kernel maturity was ensiled without additives, with the addition of inoculants and with the addition of Benural in an amount of 1% of the silo mass. Biomass of the whole maize plant can be successfully ensiled without additives. Adding Benural, in the amount of 1% of the biomass of the whole maize plant, provided increase in crude proteins of nearly 50%. Adding inoculants and Benural provided for increase in the production of lactic and acetic acid by 44-47% and 49- 74%, respectively, and thus a higher aerobic stability of silage, with a favourable balance of these acids (2-3:1). Application of inoculants reduced the level of ADF and increased the nutritional value expressed in net energy (NEL and NEM units), and provided higher RFV and greater consuming ability. The general conclusion is that non-protein nitrogen substances (NPN) should be added to the maize biomass during the ensiling in order to increase the content of CP, as well as the inoculants based on homo-and heterofermentative bacteria in order to increase the production of lactic and acetic acids and ensure the aerobic stability of silage and its higher nutritional value.",
