Abstract
The effect of medium pH and artificial and diffuse light on growth and sporulation of Venturia inaequalis was studied in vitro. Optimal pH for colony growth was 5,9 and at pH 8,0 the best sporulation of pathogen was detected. Morphology of coloneis depends on pH of medium. Both diffuse and artificila light stimulated colony growth and sporulation compared to the darkness, but there no regularities between sourece of light and exposure period.
